My Bio

Hi. My name is Tabitha Maxwell and I am thrilled to be teaching the Makerspace/Outdoor Environment here at San Tan Charter. I have taught 3-6 year olds my entire career and I am excited to branch out and learn and grow with K-6th.

I grew up in Texas and moved to Arizona where I attended Northern Arizona University and earned my B.S in Education. A couple of months later, I landed a job as an assistant at a Montessori school and never looked back. I eventually earned my Montessori 3-6 year old Certification. My husband and I lived in Colorado for a few years and had our children Kade, 10, and Adison, 7. We eventually made our way back to Arizona.

When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family and our dog. I enjoy the outdoors once the temperature drops from extremely hot to just plain hot.
