My Bio

Hello! My name is Jordan Mende and I am beyond excited to be a new kindergarten Montessori assistant with Ms. Edam. I have been around children all my life and couldn’t imagine doing anything otherwise. I started at San Tan January of 2022 on the preschool side and have enjoyed every minute of being here!

I lived in Eugene, Oregon all my life up until 2021 when I decide to follow my parents and my siblings on a big move out here to the hot desert. In my free time I enjoy hiking, walking my dog, being on the river, spending time with family and just being outdoors. Back home, I spent the last several years being a nanny to two big families that raised their children the Montessori way which really kick started my desire to eventually start teaching. I’m happy to be here and am so glad to be part of this community!
